Exchange & Return Policy

You may exchange or return any product within 14 days from the date of receiving your order, provided that the item is in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact.

Exchange & Return Steps:

- Contact our customer service team via WhatsApp during official working hours (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM) at 01285060291.
- Send your order number and the mobile number used to place the order.
- Clearly explain the reason for the exchange or return and specify the item you wish to exchange or return.
- If the reason is personal and there is no issue with the product, shipping costs will be covered by the customer.

Defective or Incorrect Items:

- If the product arrives damaged, different from the photos, or with a wrong size or color, please send clear photos of the issue within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- In this case, the item will be exchanged or returned, and we will cover the full shipping cost.

Quality Check:

Returned items are inspected by our quality control team within 2 to 5 working days.

Refund Methods:

- Cash on Delivery orders: Refunds are processed via Electronic wallet or InstaPay.
- Visa payments: Refunds are processed to a bank account.
